What’s it like being a kid growing up today?

For our Kids of the World study, we spoke to almost 6,000 children aged 6 to 11 in 31 countries to get a sense of what their lives are like.

We learned that today’s kids keep their footing in an uncertain world because they feel supported – by family, friends and pets alike. They’re tapping in to robust support networks, looking to role models, and making use of the wealth of online information at their fingertips to equip themselves with the skills, knowledge and attitude they need to succeed. And they embrace failure as part of the learning process.

We invite you to browse through this online version of our Kids of the World book, which contains a summary of our research findings, along with photos and profiles of the kids we met along the way.
